Griante Residence

A large, split level Lake Como apartment at Griante Residence with one living area and one dining area, kitchen, double bedroom, shower room and WC on the ground floor and a second living area, two bedrooms (one twin, one double) plus sofa bed and a shower room and separate WC on the lower, in-ground level. The apartment has facilities for al fresco dining on the terrace, the apartment enjoys access to a shared garden, communal pool, Jacuzzi and sauna.

The apartment sleeps six and costs from €495 per week.

Facilities

• Two living areas – one on each level – both with Sky flat screen TV and DVD.
• Comfortable lounge and dining seating for eight. Highchair available.
• Wi-fi internet access available on request
• Private, modern kitchen with cooker, microwave oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. Washing machine available for private use
• Three bedrooms – one double bedroom on ground floor and one double bed room and one with twin beds on lower, in-ground level. Sleeps maximum of six. Additional sofa bed on lower level. One cot.
• Two shower rooms with separate WCs – one on each level.
• Linen, towels, hairdryer and iron provided.
• Central heating.
• Terrace area for al fresco dining.
• Communal garden, with BBQ area and use of sauna and Jacuzzi.
• Unheated communal pool open from June to late September, weather permitting.

“A very nice stay. The accommodation was large. The kids each had a big private bedroom. It could have been decorated a little more cozily. We had direct access to the pool and jacuzzi. A large car was very tight parking but in the immediate vicinity was a large parking lot where we could park the car for free. The contact with Matteo was good and he responded smoothly”

“We had very nice 2 weeks in Griante, always well looked after by Matteo, who advised and supported us well with all questions!
The apartment is very spacious and well equipped and the pool and complex are very well maintained.
However, access to the lake is only possible in distant places and the public beach is not exactly around the corner.
You should be good on foot, as the place can be reached either by car or via many stairs”

“We stayed in Griante for a week in September and felt very comfortable. Matteo is a very accommodating and helpful host who takes care of everything right away. (Thank you!) The upper apartment is spacious and ground level (except for 2 steps to the kitchen), which was important to us. There is also a lot of space in the lower apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, but there could be more kitchen helpers, such as knives, smaller cutting boards above sea level. The pool was clean and provided all around with loungers and two umbrellas. The terrace, which is directly adjacent to the pool, was large and provided plenty of shade. Having breakfast with the view of the mountains was a delight!
From Griante you can also reach the other surrounding lakes and there are many places nearby that are worth a visit.
